My approach to therapy is based on developing an authentic relationship built on self acceptance, self awareness,discovery, empowerment and bringing light to situations that may appear dark. We will work together as a collaborative team with you being the expert of your experiences. Together we will discover areas that keep you from reaching your full potential and destiny in life. I am a certified premarital/marriage enrichment facilitator. I enjoy working with indviduals, families, children and adolescents on a variety of issues such as trauma, communication, substance abuse, negative thought patterns, anxiety, career exploration, domestic violence and behavior challenges. I provide individual, family, group therapy and play therapy to address these challenges. I am also certified in Biblical Counseling for those who desire a spiritual component throughout the therapeutic process. I am available for evening and weekend appointments.
