I graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 with a Masters in Social Work, and became licensed by the state of Arizona in September 2012. I have over 5 years of experience working with preteens, teenagers and young adults. My clients often come to me because of issues relating to anxiety, divorce, depression and or trauma. I work from a Strength Based perspective, but also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My goal is to offer my clients a safe and comfortable environment to express themselves. The therapeutic relationship is crucial in allowing clients to be their genuine self and help themselves move forward. I believe in honesty, hard work and how influential laughter can be during the healing process. I am available to clients Wednesday afternoon (2pm-7pm) and all day on Saturday.
