I have a variety of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, learning disorders, thought disorders, and eating disorders. My approach is holistic, integrating a variety of treatment models, including medication, life-style coaching, psychotherapy, and mindful awareness. My goal is to help patients utilize life transitions as a catalyst for discovering life's purpose. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I offer services for mental health. I assess, diagnose, and treat individuals and families with psychiatric disorders or the potential for such disorders using the full scope of therapeutic skills, including medication management and psychotherapy if indicated. I employ a comprehensive approach to treating children, adolescents, and adults with mood/ anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, as well as, addiction. I integrate many components into my approach to mental health care including individual, group, and family psychotherapy, medication, stress and anxiety management, nutrition, communication, mindfulness, behavioral management, and education.
