Do you know who you are and where you are going in your life? Are you struggling in your relationships and don't know how to repair them? If you struggle with these questions then I want to help you figure it out. For the past eight years I have helped individuals answer these very questions and I want to help you. I create an atmosphere that is full of acceptance and non-judgement that will allow you to feel recharged and feel more in control of your life. My approach to counseling is to provide services that are individually tailored to your needs and goals. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Kentucky State University and a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Kentucky. I am also certified as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator which allows me to provide comprehensive counseling to couples that are married, engaged or in a long-term relationship.
