By providing a safe and nurturing environment my clients are able to start challenging their thoughts and behaviors and begin their journey towards recovery. I also provide group therapy for those women struggling with eating disorders who desire the experience of connecting with others while exploring various topics relevant to the recovery process. The group focuses on how to overcome the various challenges faced in recovery.
