We all struggle in one way or another and if lucky we are given opportunities to change, to make a choice, to tell ourselves today I choose to live my life a different way. We all deserve to be happy, we deserve to enjoy our life with whatever struggles are thrown our way. Instead of fearing the storm we can learn how to dance in the rain, that is when we find true happiness. Therapy is about making choices to be the best person you can be, to surrender to yourself and trust the process. It's about learning how to dance by the beat of your own drum and surround yourself with the beautiful music of others.
