I HELP ADULTS GET PAST THEIR PAST. I HELP ADULTS FIND PEACE IN THE PRESENT. I HELP COUPLES RE-CONNECT. I enjoy working with adults (age 18 and up), and couples. I received my Masters degree in Social Work in 2007 from Boise State University. I am a member of the Idaho Society of Individual Psychotherapists, EMDR Institute and American Counselors Association. I am certified in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). EMDR can help you learn why you act the way that you do, become trapped into feeling, believing and acting in ways that hold you back in life. You will learn techniques to improve your relationships, break through barriers, overcome limitations and move forward.
