I am passionate about helping people overcome and grow from life's difficulties. I work with women, men, couples, children and families to discover their strength and resiliency. I am committed to bringing authenticity and compassion to each moment through mindfulness and empathy. I can help with Women's Issues, PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression. I use Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Narrative Therapy, Shame Resiliency Therapy, CBT, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused approaches for brief counseling. I believe that laughter can be incredibly healing! I believe in the Mind/Body Connection to wellness, and interventions that help restore that balance. I love to witness the beauty and perspective each person brings to my office.
