I am privileged to work with children and adolescents recovering from trauma and sexual abuse. My practice specialties include helping individuals and families in achieving healing from grief/loss related to major life changes, distressing symptoms related to trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, ADHD and addictions. I provide couples counseling, family therapy and parent coaching. I am also trained in helping children of divorce and children of alcoholics/addicts. I am a trained drug and alcohol counselor and DUI Evaluator providing drug and alcohol services and assistance with referrals. I provide Prime for Life which is an evidenced based alcohol and drug intervention program for people of all ages that gently challenges beliefs and behaviors to make lasting change. I have over 12 years of experience helping children, adults and families in various capacities. I use a variety of approaches that are unique to you. My primary goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to learn to Live Your Best Life!I
