I believe each individual has a story that has been and is influenced and impacted by others. It is a story about relationship and the desire to feel valued, respected, needed, wanted, and loved. Sometimes, it is these relationships and unplanned situations and events that result in feeling the opposite...anxiety, depression, anger, worthlessness, shame, guilt, etc... and can be overwhelming even plaguing one with nightmares and fear. You don't have to stay there; you can win and gain back control. I will walk the journey with you; you will not be alone. I am a wife of a retired military veteran, parent, step-parent, and veteran. I work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I help individuals experiencing depression, PTSD, substance abuse, marital/parenting issues, and more. I also provide premarital counseling.
