My private practice provides psychotherapy to individuals of all ages. I provide assessments, diagnosis, a wide range of therapies, interventions, consultation, education, and supervision. I work in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals, desires, to strengthen and maintain meaningful relationships, and to solve challenges as individuals strive for the wholeness they are seeking. I conceptualize therapy as a way to better understand ourselves and relationships with others, and to identify barriers in our life standing in the way of our goals, as we grasp and accept the need for self-love. I have extensive training and experience in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, family conflicts, family therapy, grief/loss, relationship issues, and those in the midst of life transitions. I have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, families & couples in a variety of different settings. I am passionate about helping my clients become aware of their own journey. All individuals grow and evolve throughout life. Regardless of circumstances and life experiences, everyone is evolving...and we will all continue to evolve. Life's challenges are roads to self-discovery and growth.
