I have worked for over 20 years helping adults with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family stressors, work dissatisfaction, unresolved issues from childhood trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, grief, and difficulty with life goals and transitions. I have been trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I tailor the approaches I use to the client's needs and goals.
