Cindy Chamberland has a Master's in Counseling, LPC and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She believes counseling is a process of building trust to discuss specific problems that may be rooted in a combination of biological, psychological, social, or spiritual impact. She utilizes CBT, Trauma- focused Cognitive Processing Therapy, Attachment theory, and Family Systems approach.She is a co-founder of Yada Factor Ministries in which she teaches workshops to know God and others in an intimate way. She integrates tools into counseling process to encourage clients to hear God's voice and find healing. She has experience working with Department of Health and Social Services, Juvenile Justice Program, and the Center for Restorative Practices in Colorado. She has experience with marriage and family, trauma, anxiety, grief, addictions, domestic violence and sexual abuse. She also has developed group programs for co-dependency and boundaries issues. She has been married for 32 years to her high school sweetheart and has two grown children and 4 grandchildren with another on the way. She loves to enjoy God's nature and to be outdoors running, hiking, skiing, and riding motorcycle with her husband.
