I help clients sufferring from Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Emotional Disturbance, Bipolar, PTSD, Anger and all types of Personality Disorders and Eating Disorders. I treat Co-occurring Disorders and have extensive training in Substance Abuse. I trained with Marsha Linehan in Seattle Washington's Intensive DBT Training and specialize in working with Borderline Personility Disorders. I help individuals regulate their emotions and decrease their emotional sufferring by learning new coping skills in order to build a life worth living. I have had excellent results in reducing self harm, suicide ideations and other emotional disturbances of the clients I serve. I use Group Therapy teaching skill modules of Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. I use Individual Therapy to do chain analysis on problematic behaviors teaching individuals to learn how to intervene before the precipitating event. Through acceptance, individuals learn how not to be held captive by their past. I have a very diverse background in my work history which better enables me to meet individuals where they are in this moment. I believe my genuinness allows me to bond quickly and progress quickly with therapy. All individuals that are in group and individual have 24/7 access to me.
