I use an eclectic approach to treating any individual with depression, anxiety or any other mood dysregulation. I have over 10 years of experience working with families providing enhanced outpatient services in their homes. I also have extensive training working with individuals with substance abuse issues and complex trauma. Through a non-judgmental lens I will assist any individual, couple or family develop reachable short term and long term goals. I utilize multiple approaches; such as, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, family systems, cognitive-behavioral, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and play therapy. I specialize in working with individuals with developmental disabilities with co-occurring psychotic disorders, adults struggling with parenting issues, complex trauma or substance abuse.
