If you have come to this website, I imagine you already know that something is bothering you. That something may be an uncomfortable feeling like depression, anger or anxiety, or it may be a desired goal that you have been unable to reach, like sobriety or a good marriage. I have been working with individuals and couples for over 30 years, trying to figure out what makes folks tick, and walking the journey with them as they look for new directions, new strengths and new ways to live life. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient and corporate settings. I have experienced the pressures of layoffs, moves, office politics and family stresses. I am married and in my 60's, and I know both the joys and challenges of making relationships grow and thrive. I bring to the counseling relationship all of what I have learned and experienced, professionally, academically personally. I don't have the answer for you. But I can often make a great traveling companion while you journey toward your own answers.
