Counseling is about CHANGE. I help people put into action the changes they want to see in their lives. Each person's vision of change is different---to some, it is learning to make different choices; to others it is coping with feelings; to some it is improving communication in their marriage; to others it is learning to deal with unchangeable past events, such as trauma, grief, infidelity, and abuse. If you have experienced a difficult life event, are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed, or would like to talk to someone, call me today. Counseling can help. I am a Christian with professional training in both secular and faith-based counseling. I hold two masters degrees, a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Master of Divinity. I am respectful of all faiths and seek to support your spiritual journey as we work together. In addition to regular DAYTIME office hours, I offer services EVENINGS and SATURDAYS.
