My goal as a therapist is to help my clients, who are in a major life transition or crisis, find peace and clarity using cognitive behavioral modalities with an emphasis on holistic restructuring in order to achieve optimal psychological functioning. I have over 15 years of experience with helping a variety of individuals heal, learn about themselves, and change. I believe that psychotherapy can be an empowering and life changing process. In addition to working out of my private practice where I meet with individuals, couples and families, I am also the primary therapist for Bereaved Survivors of Homicide and serve on the CISM team with Orange County Sheriff's Office. I also work with victims of crime. I am certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and will occasionally conduct sessions at my barn with my horse, Ace.
