I enjoy working with clients who need assistance with issues related to: relationships, parenting, trauma and abuse, addiction, emotion management, chronic mental illness and adjustments to changes in life circumstances. I am warm and caring and see myself as a witness and a guide as you talk about your struggles and work toward improving your skills with the issue you want to improve. I participate as a mentor and allow you to do the work you are ready to tackle. I am solution focused when necessary and work primarily but not exclusively with the cognitive behavioral modality. I work with clients ages from 6 years old to 70 years old. I look forward working with you.
