Having a professionally trained and licensed therapist to talk with in order to sort out problems is an important step in getting help. My approach is that no problem is too small if it causes you anxiety or stress; I am here to help. I use professional tools and therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Solution Focused Brief Therapy based on your needs assessment during our initial appointment. Divorce Recovery Workshops for Women and Divorce Recovery Support Groups for Women provide direction and support to women who are divorced, in process of divorce. Anger Management Skills Group: Choosing to Change -- learn ways to increase your awareness and decrease intensity of anger; develop coping skills to manage anger; learn strategies to change.
