My interest is in helping people make significant positive changes in their lives. We have designed an especially attractive office in a medical building with a staff trained to provide personalized and professional care. Not only do I provide traditional counseling and therapy for individuals of all ages and families, but I also offer services to achieve optimal performance and wellness. Whenever appropriate, these services are complimented with the use of innovative technologies. For example, since 1992 I have used EEG biofeedback for brain training to manage attention and memory difficulties, migraine headaches, head injures, addictions, pain, depression, and anxiety. I am fortunate to have diverse experience to bring to the real life issues presented in the counseling setting. My doctoral degree is in Counseling Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. I was a tenured Professor in Psychology, Director of Clinical Services for the Nevada rural mental health system, and consultant to numerous organizations, hospitals, and sports organizations. I train and supervise therapists, served on the Nevada Board of Marriage and Family Therapist Examiners, and am a licensed psychologist.
