Since 1993 I have worked with individuals and families in teaching new skills, coping mechanisms, and self-management techniques to adjust to life changes. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and EMDR are foundational practices available to clients through my practice. I am also a licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, offering assessment, treatment planning and intervention, and individual or family therapy.
