If you're reading this, you are probably going through a difficult time in your life, and you want to find the therapist right for you. I specialize in working with people and the relationships important to them. I work with children (ages 4 years +), teens, individual adults, couples, and families. In therapy, you can expect me to: Be practical and realistic. Help you focus on the present more than the past. Focus on the solutions more than the problems. Assist you in finding other educational, legal, medical, or spiritual resources you or your family may need to resolve problems and cope with stress. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals and families coping with challenges presented by anxiety, depression, infertility, adoption, premarital preparation, managing conflict and developing "fair fighting" skills, and parenting skills. I also work with divorce and stepfamily issues. and with chronic illnesses and disabilities and ADHD and other autism spectrum disorders. I offer flexible hours, including evening and weekend appointments.
