My goal is to assist you in achieving the changes you choose to make, for the sake of emotional, physical and spiritual well being. I am one of a few therapists who also have a license in Massage Therapy so I take a mind/body approach. I like working with adults who are in some sort of transition, who are struggling in their relationship, and/or who continue to have the after effects of some trauma in their lives. It is my belief that wounding begins in relationship and therefore needs to be healed in relationship. I am a Trainer of Psychodrama, use Somatic Experiencing (a trauma therapy), Lifespan Integration, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy amongst other modalities. I use action methods as it helps to facilitate change in such a profound way. I see through the lens of Systems Theory and Attachment Theory and Trauma Theory. My commitment to my own personal growth allows me to be increasingly present to you. And I am continuously exploring new modalities which increases my skill set as a therapist and as a human being.
