I help persons with depression, anxiety and eating disorders. I also help couples and families regain and strengthen their relationships through couples and family counseling. I am a licensed clinician in private practice in Naples, Fl with over 17 years of clinical experience treating various emotional disorders. I have experience treating adults, adolescence, families and couples. My treatment philosophy is simply that persons have the ability to change behavior, emotions and thinking when their issues are explored in a non-threatening supportive environment and when the therapy supports autonomy and personal effectiveness. I have extensive experience treating individuals couples and families. I am also experienced in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ocd and eating disorders. My approach to treatment is to effectively explore the client's own abilities to develop healthy coping strategies, In therapy we explore healthy options and eliminate unhealthy and self-destructive behaviors through enhancing a sense of self.
