Whether we are looking at individual issues, or dealing with couples or family problems, past and present relationships make up a huge part of our lives. My role is to help individuals become healthier, find more fulfilling and loving relationships, and to heal from past and current traumas. My focus is on helping you reduce anxiety and depression, improve communication, reconnect with partners, heal from past trauma, and enhance your self-esteem in a nonjudgmental, confidential, and safe environment. The focus in my practice is on working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with women's issues, trauma survivors, and sexual abuse victims. I also have years of experience working with police officers, first responders, and their families.
