Laura is a graudate of the University of Ky. where she received 2 Master degrees: Rehabilitation Counseling, 1988 and Social Work, 1993. Laura has been licensed(LCSW) since 1996. In the 80's Laura gained experience in the addiction/chemical dependency field.She spent several years on staff at the Morton Center, Lexington. In the 90's Laura gained her experience in the trauma field while on staff at the Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center for 13 years.The 2000's brought Laura to Louisville and private practice, where she works with individual adults. Laura has trained in Psychosynthesis, Hakomi Body Center Therapy, Gestalt, Family Constellation,EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing),Internal Family Systems and DBT(Dialetical Behavioral Therapy).
