My clients tend to be high-functioning individuals and couples who want to improve themselves and their relationships. Facing an emotional, psychological, or interpersonal issue, my clients and l talk candidly and in the direction of meaningful change. I work with clients who have any combination of the following issues: anxiety, depression, couples issues, addictions, alcoholism, and stress disorders. Together we work to increase your self-awareness and self-management skills, identify the dysfunctional underlying patterns in your life, and become comfortable in your own skin. We change when we choose to, and when we are done living in pain. As a fellow human being and therapist, I know first hand how our own minds can become the source of our suffering. In therapy you can find peace within yourself, enhance your ability to manage uncomfortable emotions, improve your communication and overall outlook on your life. I like to get new clients in quickly after the first phone call and then make a clear treatment plan. We will outline your treatment length and goals right away.
