I work with all age groups to help individuals, couples and families who are struggling with the challenges that life presents such as depression, anxiety, addiction or just the thought of not being enough. I provide a safe place and a supportive environment to help you grow. I will give you guidance, support and direction and I am here to help you along that path of self-discovery. I work with the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family and specialize in helping people to learn about their own intuitive emotional and somatic processes.
