I provide individual sessions at my office in Reno, Nevada to discuss personal issues with clients of all ages. I believe that seeking help is the first and most important step to making the life changes you hope for. My counseling approach includes brief therapy and psychotherapy and EMDR. I can help you to develop new problem solving skills by providing caring compassionate services and life coaching using my Robbins training tools. These will assist you in reaching your goals. I provide a safe environment for you to move forward with your life. I offer counseling services and educational recommendations, support and trauma therapy to all ages 3 years through adult. I can provide tools for individuals with attention, memory and all other aspects of cognitive and behavioral functioning in a warm and positive environment. I also am interested in helping persons wanting to overcome addictions. In my practice I offer "mindfulness techniques" and EMDR that can aide your ability to change habits you don't want and develop to new habits that you do. My success is helping you to achieve the changes you are seeking.
