I am a compassionate and experienced Psychologist who has years of experience treating trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, stress management, grief & loss, and "coping with life" issues. As a former VA Psychologist, I had the honor of serving Veterans for almost five years. While there, I received extensive training in trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders. I understand the effect these issues have for you and your loved ones and want you to know life can be better. I provide wholistic treatment for these problems and look forward to helping you reclaim your life. I am certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), treatments recommended by the National Center for PTSD as most effective to treat PTSD. I am a certified anger management specialist (CAMS-II) and substance abuse professional (SAP). I am on the Gottman Referral Network for couples therapy. The symptoms of trauma, depression, & anxiety due to combat, natural disasters, sexual assault, & other life events are my specialty. Do not spend another day in despair.
