I am a holistic therapist who strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to find relief from the stress of your life, and help you navigate through your difficulties with the goal of finding inner peace and balance. I work with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, family and marital issues, children's issues, parenting, spirituality, and life-phase transitions. I have been Counseling for 11 years; both within education and community mental health. My approach to therapy is eclectic, so that I may meet your particular needs. I have specialized training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Transpersonal/Spirituality, Existential issues, Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Grief Counseling, and Play Therapy for children.
