Therapy is an opportunity for you to find hope, gain insight, and make lasting change. In my practice, I build therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. I have witnessed the incredible resilience of people facing the most difficult circumstances. I treat each person as a unique individual with the strengths and resources to overcome life's most challenging experiences. My specialty is helping young people and adults with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. I began as an adolescent therapist in Chicago and later practiced in a public school. I have experience in adult mental health settings, including university counseling centers. I am licensed as a Mental Health and School Counselor, and I also have a Master's degree in Art Therapy. I bring a variety of techniques and ideas to sessions. Above all, I want to help people to achieve the goals that they have for their own lives.
