As a clinically trained social worker, doctoral student and certified yoga teacher, I have experience working with adolescents and adults of vast backgrounds and look forward to working with you! I specialize in working with survivors of complex trauma, those seeking recovery from addiction, chronic-stress, depression and anxiety. I specifically enjoy working with adolescents and young adults seeking greater systems of meaning in their transition to independence and women of all ages.
