My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in our innate capacity to heal. With the appropriate support and dedication, I believe that we all have the ability to improve our quality of life and achieve our desired potential. By bringing greater awareness, insight and acceptance to challenging circumstances we are able to empower ourselves to shape our lives in a more desirable way. In a safe and trusting environment we can process and integrate previous experiences as well as establish a powerful shift in our perspective. Over the course of the past 8 years I provided individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I obtained specialized training and experience in the treatment of trauma and addiction. Integrating mindfulness-based practices can be a powerful way to accept, integrate and adapt to life experiences in order to realize greater wholeness, health and well-being. I also utilize EMDR as an effective and powerful treatment modality to alleviate a multitude of symptoms by removing barriers to achieving success.
