I bring an experienced and practical approach to working with adolescents and adults to address issues that include anxiety, depression, and trauma. Drawing from my extensive training in Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and EMDR, I work collaboratively with clients to engage in an individualized process of healing and transformation that is both comfortable and effective. My intention with all clients is to promote the development of precise skills and practices that support a reduction of symptoms, the positive transformation of emotional and behavioral patterns, and an increased sense of confidence and well-being in daily life.
