Together we will shift areas that are limiting including self-destructive thinking, negative beliefs and patterns, traumas, addiction, emotional numbness, fears, concerns & obstacles. We will increase your self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence, and you will start to develop a new awareness about yourself and the world around you. As your therapist, I am committed to guide, witness, and support your unique experience. My area of specialty is assisting with healing histories of abuse & trauma, and other underlying issues that are often covered by addiction, depression, anxiety, feelings of anger, sadness, blame, guilt, and shame. I have a holistic perspective and work with you on all levels - body, mind, emotions, spirit, and soul. In addition to traditional clinical therapy, and as appropriate, I utilize approaches that include Emotional Freedom Technique, body scanning, journeying, guided visualization, energy healing / Reiki, psychic therapy, psychic/medium channeling, and shamanic skills.
