I've been practicing psychology for over 15 years. My professional experience includes psychotherapy, consulting, training and diagnostics. I work with families with children twelve and under, adult individuals and couples. I'm trained as a certified yoga instructor and integrate elements of this modality when appropriate. I specialize in a variety of issues such as ADHD, anxiety, high functioning autism, stress management, divorce, career and other life transitions. I have extensive training in relationship and couples therapy. I see each client as a whole, capable person and work with their strengths to help them solve problems, develop personally and improve their lives.
