If you are looking to better understand yourself and use that understanding to resolve problems in your life, I would be pleased to help you do that. Life and its problems can be very difficult to manage and we sometimes need to learn the skills to accomplish the change we want. That is how I view the benefits of counseling. I have been a clinician in Rhode Island for over twenty years and am experienced in treating depression, anxiety, inter-personal conflict, life change issues as well as issues in parenting children.
