My own personal grief work, due to significant losses in my life, drew me to the field of grief and loss therapy over 20 years ago. Losses such as death, dying, break-ups, divorce, job loss, pet loss, infertility issues, or serious illness are considered "normal" parts of life, but often leave us feeling lost, confused, and misunderstood. Many people have the resources to work through these losses and the associated feelings naturally and on their own. However, others may need additional help due to the sometimes complicated nature of the grief process. I am a Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider certified through the MISS Foundation, the Elisabeth Kubler-Ross Family Trust and the Center for Loss & Trauma. I have helped guide others through their own grief journey with validation, gentleness, and inspiration. I am passionate about helping people grieve and honor their losses and reclaim their lives.
