I am a Christian and Licensed Professional Counselor. I am an experienced therapist who is passionate about the integrity of the marital relationship. My commitment to helping couples build a solid foundation for strong and loving marriages and resolve conflict in a manner that accomplishes lasting change, is evidenced in my work with both married couples and with singles who are preparing for marriage. I use empirically validated treatments integrated with foundational beliefs of Christian faith. Additionally, I am an EMDR-trained clinician treating Post-Traumatic Stress-related issues, adjustment and anxiety related issues.. I partner with couples to strengthen and restore marriages by providing counsel based on the scriptures of the Bible and empirically validated treatment; teaching and training couples in the day-to-day application of God's Word, thus enhancing spiritual connectedness; and assisting in conflict resolution and reconciliation. Marital & Premarital Counseling is a unique 10-session program tailored to the needs of the couple. Amazing Love Couple Workbooks are integral parts of the counseling experience, tailored to the needs of each couple. They contain homework activities, and reading materials to assist in applying the principles covered in session.
