I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. Life has a way of presenting people with challenges that may cause you to want to seek counseling to help you navigate your way through life's ups and downs. Sometimes these challenges make us feel stuck and uncertain, whether it be relationship issues, divorce, intimacy, death of a loved one, loss of a job, grief, identity crisis, family conflict, addiction, domestic violence, abuse, or simply feeling like you are at a cross roads and not sure what to do next. There are many different reasons why one will seek therapy and each are unique to you because it's your personal journey. Whatever those reasons are, you are taking a positive step towards your own well-being by deciding to talk to a therapist. This step takes courage, strength, and deserves recognition. It is my desire and intention to create a safe space where you can share and reflect upon whatever it is that you are going through. Therapy can be hard and challenging, but it also can be rewarding as you gain self-awareness and deeper understanding of yourself and your life-past, present, and future.
