Whether you're struggling with a particular issue/concern, or just can't shake the feeling that there should be more to life, I am passionate about working with you to help you reach your goals. I specialize in working with women, either individually or with their families, on issues such as life/relationship stressors, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, or family conflict. I feel honored that I get to spend my days with such amazing clients and truly blessed to be able to share in their journeys and walk alongside them in difficult seasons. I strive to be warm, encouraging, and empowering, while always challenging clients to pursue bravery and move towards finding their voice and their true, best self. As a born and raised Atlantan, I am dedicated to helping Atlanta individuals, couples, and families pursue healthier and more authentic lives and relationships. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and that individuals, couples, and families have many strengths with which to work and build upon.
