I help my clients create healthy coping tools to best deal with life pressures and stressors while also building a healthy relationship with both their mind and body. My methodology is to meet a therapeutic relationship with each of my clients with compassion, empathy and non-judgment. I believe that therapy is highly individualized and tailored to meet the needs and goals of each one of my clients. I earned my masters and doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults suffering from a multitude of eating disorders, self esteem and relationship issues as well as Mood and Personality Disorders.
