I enjoy helping people who are truly motivated to find more enjoyment and meaning in their lives. I make efforts to help find one's innermost wishes and to actualize the ones that provide the most satisfaction and inner happiness. In working with children and families, I strive to bring others along to their potential and improve their feelings of connectedness with others. I am also interested in promoting physical health and fitness. I work cooperatively with my clients to individualize their therapy to suit their needs, utilize their strengths, and meet their goals. Every therapy plan is different and specially designed for the individual , couple or family. I am interested in helping others achieve their personal best , in both mind and body. I seek ways to find more enjoyment ; increased internal calm; and closer relationships . In the process , I also explore ways to enhance the mind-body connection as a source of improved health, athletic performance, self-regulation and stress management.
