I help clients who are struggling to find balance in their lives. Our struggle to manage all of the stress that life brings us is a major factor in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I work in collaboration with my clients to personalize treatment so that they get the most out of it, rather than a 'one size fits all' model. I utilize holistic care as well as research based treatments that are shown to produce results. I also supervise an intern who accepts clients on Monday evenings, free of charge.
