I use a person centered, positive psychology approach. I believe you are the expert of your own experience and therefore in charge of your counseling goals. You have the power and strength to move to a more empowering mindset. My role is to support your efforts with compassion, encouragement, insight and resources. If you are not sure of your specific goals, that is OK. You know you want to feel better. We can start there. My areas of specialty include Depression, Anxiety and coping skills for families of addiction (current and/or past). I use strong research based techniques to help you find a way to feel better, more like yourself.
