As a clinical psychologist, I look forward to joining you on your journey to optimum communication within relationships, grieving losses, and the expression of deep emotions. By exploring triggers to behaviors such as sexual acting out, pornography use, and looking at issues like anxiety, PTSD, or low self-esteem you can learn skills to manage, if not overcome, unwanted behaviors that bring about damaging results. Ive worked with patients of all ages, but find great joy working with children, teens, couples, and individuals who desire to make a positive change in their lives. Spiritual issues related to church conflict also welcome I specialize in offering psychological testing, IQ testing, career direction testing in my office. Whether in my local private practice, or over the phone I work with anxiety disorders, grief therapy, mood disorders, and personality conflicts in relationships. I also focus on childhood disorders, teen issues, marital conflict, infidelity, and sex addiction. I approach therapy through a compassionate style of reflecting and questioning to get to the heart of what's troubling you. I believe in boundaries and consequences to bring about behavior change. I also believe that looking at our past helps clarify today's issues whether that be abuse, emotional neglect, loss, or fear.
