During 20 years in practice as a psychotherapist, my work has focused on guiding children, adolescents, adults and couples through life's challenges. If you have a sincere desire to grow, possess curiosity about yourself and are willing to take emotional risks, there is a likelihood you will benefit from therapy. I am also comfortable using somatic approaches to healing trauma, mindfulness practices and group therapy.
