I offer compassionate, safe counseling for Individuals, Couples, and Families. I work with children from the ages of 2 and up. I also work with adolescents and adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family conflicts, self-esteem, parenting, and post-traumatic stress. I specialize in sexual abuse and domestic violence traumas. I come from a strong background in early childhood education, psychology, and social work. I believe in the safety and nurturing of children, hold the family in high regard, and empower individuals through challenge and change. My theoretical framework and approach to working with people is that of strengths-based and solution focused, with an attachment and narrative influence.
